1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 All parts supplied and fitted by LSL Auto Centre Ltd come with a 12-month or 12,000-mile parts

and labour warranty (whichever occurs first).

1.2 This warranty covers defects in the parts fitted and/or workmanship relating to the installation of

those parts.

1.3 Wear and tear items, consumables, and faults unrelated to the original repair are not covered.

2. Reporting a Warranty Issue

2.1 All suspected warranty faults must be reported by telephone to 01622 809546.

2.2 Customers must book an appointment at LSL Auto Centre Ltd for inspection and assessment of

the warranty claim.

2.3 Failure to report and return the vehicle promptly once an issue is identified may result in the

warranty being void.

3. Warranty Repair Conditions

3.1 All warranty repairs must be carried out by LSL Auto Centre Ltd unless written authorisation is

granted by LSL Auto Centre Ltd for repair elsewhere.

3.2 Any repair or inspection carried out by a third party without prior authorisation will void the

warranty.

3.3 LSL Auto Centre Ltd is not liable for recovery or transport costs unless previously agreed in

writing.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

– Normal wear and tear, service items, or consumables.

– Damage caused by neglect, misuse, overheating, or continued driving after a fault becomes

apparent.

– Faults caused by aftermarket modifications, incorrect fluids, or previous repairs by third parties.

– Diagnostic charges where no warranty fault is found.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 The customer must provide reasonable access to the vehicle for inspection and repair.

5.2 The customer must follow vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all fluids are kept at

correct levels.

5.3 Proof of mileage may be required to validate warranty claims.

6. Liability

6.1 LSL Auto Centre Ltd’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of faulty parts or

workmanship covered under this warranty.

6.2 No responsibility is accepted for consequential loss, loss of earnings, or vehicle downtime.
